Woburn, MA – Boston-area accounting and business advisory firm Rucci, Bardaro & Falzone P.C. recently announced that it has added Vincenzo Botta, Ronald Baptista and Jack Malley as partners. The appointments double the size of the firm’s partnership team to six professionals.
A 14-year veteran of the firm, Mr. Botta specializes in financial reporting and taxation for clients in the construction, manufacturing and hospitality sectors. He also leads RBF’s financial statement quality control group, and oversees the firm’s pension plan auditing work. He received his bachelor of accountancy degree from Assumption College, and is a graduate of the Leadership Academy of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs.
An 11-year veteran of RBF, Mr. Baptista specializes in taxation and financial reporting with a focus on clients in construction , not-for-profit (particularly government-funded organizations), and charter schools . He received his bachelor of accountancy degree from Northeastern University, and is also a graduate of the Leadership Academy of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs.
Mr. Malley was the founder and managing partner of Jensen & Malley Company, a Waltham-based business consulting firm formerly associated with Malley & Franey Financial Group, before the company was acquired by RBF in early February. He is a specialist in financial systems and operational consulting, and has assisted start-ups, investors, specialty lenders and established private and public companies in various stages of growth. Mr. Malley received his bachelor of economics from the College of the Holy Cross, and his MBA in accounting and finance from Northeastern University.
