The managing partner of RBF, Bill focuses his practice on business, tax, and financial planning strategies for closely held and public companies as well as for high net worth individuals and executives.
With strong attention to detail, Bill works closely with his clients to help guide successful outcomes in all aspects of their business planning and operations. He has authored many articles and has presented numerous seminars, nationally and internationally, on US tax law and business planning. He has also appeared on national television as a regular guest on CNN.
Bill is chairman of Russell Bedford International, a global network of independent accounting firms, and is a co-director of Russell Bedford’s North American Tax Group.
Bill founded the firm in 1985 at the age of 26. He and his partners have grown the firm so that it now appears annually in the Boston Business Journal’s list of the area’s top 50 accounting firms. Prior to founding RBF, he spent time in both public accounting and private industry. He received his B.S. in Accountancy and his M.S. in Taxation from Bentley University in Waltham, MA.

Paul Bardaro, founding partner of Rucci, Bardaro & Falzone P.C, both manages traditional firm services and is partner-in-charge of the RBF Valuation and Litigation Support Services practice. He concentrates on advising closely held businesses on strategies for growth, business acquisition, exit strategies, and transition planning. Author of numerous articles and seminars on various topics, he has also appeared on WCBV- Boston News as a tax expert.
Paul is President of the Board of Directors for the Greater Medford Visiting Nursing Association, past president of Medford Rotary Club, and sits on the Board of Corporators of Hallmark Health Systems, Inc. He is an appointee to the Massachusetts Society of CPAs Legislation & Public Policy Committee and an active member of the MSCPA’s Business Valuation and Litigation Support Committee. He has testified as an expert witness and/or been involved in litigation through courts of Suffolk, Middlesex, Worcester, and Essex Counties, MA, and before the Internal Revenue Service. He carries the prestigious Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) designation from the American Institute of CPAs.
Joining Bill Rucci in 1986 at the age of twenty-seven, Paul was a founder of RBF. Previously, he spent time in both public accounting and private industry. Paul received his B.S. in Accountancy from Bentley College, Waltham, MA.

Sal’s practice centers on tax, accounting, and assurance services, and on business financial and strategic planning. He advises companies in transition – whether with generational transfer of control or with other required paradigm shifts.
Sal is a member of the Board of Directors of The Angel Fund (Lou Gehrig’s disease) and former president of the Board of Directors of the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Association, Massachusetts Chapter. Formerly he was a member of the Board of Directors of the D’Ventures Unlimited Foundation, Inc. He has appeared as an expert witness before the Superior Court of Suffolk County, Massachusetts, the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, and the Internal Revenue Service. He has authored and presented numerous seminars on various topics.
Prior to joining RBF, Sal pursued his career in public accounting at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, and two large regional accounting firms. He received his B.S. in Accountancy from Bentley College, Waltham, MA.

Jack founded and was managing partner of Jensen & Malley Company, a Waltham-based business consulting firm formerly associated with Malley & Franey Financial Group, before the company was acquired by RBF in February, 2016.
As the partner in charge of RBF’s OASYS Group, he specializes in financial systems and operational consulting. He is an expert at assisting start-ups, investors, specialty lenders and established private and public companies in various stages of growth.
Jack received his BA in economics from the College of the Holy Cross, and his MBA in accounting and finance from Northeastern University.

A 14-year veteran and partner of the firm, Vinny specializes in financial reporting and taxation for clients in the construction, manufacturing and hospitality sectors. He also leads RBF’s financial statement quality control group, and oversees the firm’s pension plan auditing work.
He received his bachelor of accountancy degree from Assumption College, and is a graduate of the Leadership Academy of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs.
